Montse Martín is born in Lleida, Spain, where she grows up in a family rooted in art and sport. At age 14, she moves to Madrid as part of the Spanish National Rhythmic Gymnastics team, which wins the gold medal at the World Championship in Atenas’91. Upon retiring from the gym, she directs her life wholeheartedly towards her other passion: the world of design and art. She studies graphic design at the School IDEP in Barcelona. For five years, she acts as a graphic designer in advertising agency “Ados Communication.”
Below series called “ALL THE WOMEN ..” has been exhibited in places as varied as the CCCB (Contemporary Culture Centre of Barcelona), Spain’s Big Brother’s house, SAFI and Mat Gallery in Barcelona, the art market Illa Diagonal Barcelona, the TV show X FACTOR (Spain), the International Contemporary Art Fair Kunstart in Bolzano, Italy, or the restaurant Ne me quitte pas, Madrid, among others.
